Making the most of your Application!

Our advice on applying is simple. We are looking for passionate people who are enthusiastic and committed with a keen desire to engage in a rewarding career with Flight Centre Limited. It is also important you consider why we may be a good fit for you!

The quality of your application is critical in ensuring we understand how your skills and experience are relevant. Missing the basics may impact the effectiveness of your application. In your application we encourage you to:

  • Only apply for one position at a time
  • Show attention to detail and check for spelling mistakes
  • Demonstrate a good command of the English language
  • Try to answer every question and be honest in your answers, we do require proof of academic achievements and visa status where required. We will perform two reference checks before offering a position. Please note successful candidates within our FCL recruitment process may be required to pass a criminal record check.
  • If invited to participate in an interview, be well groomed and punctual. If you cannot make the agreed interview time please advise with as much notice as possible.
  • Confidence and enthusiasm are important at Flight Centre Limited, we will be assessing your sales and customer service skills or if applying for a professional role your relevant skills and abilities. We are also keen to see your ability to work well in a team environment and your ability to sell travel or effectively perform your role through your own personal experiences and knowledge.
